When you flick through the pages of the book the recipes look mouth watering and tantalising, enticing you to want to cook them. I love desserts and there are so many that appear like you were looking at the concoctions of you local patisserie. The savoury recipes are just as enticing.So it is exciting when you realise that these recipes are all gluten, wheat and dairy free, since many people associate these restrictions with tasteless, unappetising food. This is just the opposite in this book. The variety of recipes is great and the ingredients are readily obtainable. This would have to be on of the best books in this category that I have come across.
