Caroline Vu-Nguyen was born in Vietnam, she left her native country at the age of twelve. She now works as a family physician at a community health centre in Montreal. That Summer in Provincetown is her second novel. Her first novel, Palawan Story, was shortlisted for a QWF fiction award
