A powerful, hopeful, endearing novel about learning from your mistakes, and learning to forgive.
Cammie McGovern is the author of Amy & Matthew: A Love Story (US title: Say What You Will), as well as the adult novels Neighborhood Watch, Eye Contact and The Art of Seeing. She is one of the founders of Whole Children, a resource centre that runs after-school classes and programmes for children with special needs. She currently lives in the US with her husband and three sons, the oldest of whom is autistic. Cammie's sister is Elizabeth McGovern, one of the stars of Downton Abbey.
Without evading or sugarcoating difficult topics, McGovern shows that disabled and able aren't binary states but part of a continuum - a human one. * Publisher's Weekly *
