"When I saw Laura's body change shape and shed weight, I assumed
the obvious: I was going to have to go to prison to lean out. I
never read diet books, but I read hers because she's my friend. I'm
leaner, meaner, and am now the proud owner of a 4-pack. Do it. I
did."
