The brilliantly quirky David Sedaris returns with a book of acerbic and outrageously funny stories about animals who have unmistakably human failings
David Sedaris lives in Paris. Raised in North Carolina, he has worked as a housecleaner and most famously, as a part-time elf for Macy's. Several of his plays have been produced, and he is a regular contributor to ESQUIRE and Public Radio International's 'This American Life'.
David Sedaris is not for everyone, but his many fans will enjoy this hilarious, albeit vulgar, collection of morality stories enacted by animals (think Aesop for grown-ups!) Elaine Stritch, Dylan Baker, and Sian Phillips join Sedaris in reading this quirky, sardonic collection. Don't miss the PDFs of the book's illustrations by Ian Falconer.
