Lindor Wink has worked in the top restaurants of Sweden and
with the best chefs: starting at the renowned restaurant Oaxen Krog
in the Swedish archipelago, he then worked in Stockholm under top
chefs Magnus Ek, Mathias Dahlgren, Adam Dahlberg and Tommy
Mylly-mäki. Lindor has represented Sweden in culinary
contests all over the world and has coached the Swedish Junior
National Culinary Team in the Culinary Olympics. He currently works
in a restaurant in the alpine town of Engelberg, Switzerland where
he enjoys his tow great passions, cooking and skiing.
