Reviews

Indeed it is this sustained attention to the scriptures, on the part of one also instructed and skilled in the practice of sophisticated tools of interpretation, which gives this work its inherent authority as well as its charm. This book...will effectively equip readers to negotiate the conflicts joined by debating with the abstract terms noted earlier. David Burrell, The Tablet This is a groundbreaking book and makes an invaluable contribution to interfaith dialogue. For some Christians the content may be challenging and uncomfortable. I am no theologian but I found it fascinating and accessible. Teresa De Bertodano, The Good Bookstall website
