About the Author

Fredrike Bannink is a clinical psychologist and Master of DisputeResolution based in Amsterdam. She is an internationally recognizedcognitive behavioral therapist and trainer, and co-founder andChair of the Solution-Focused CBT Section of the Dutch Associationfor Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy.
