About the Author Rev. Peter K. Assanful, Sr. is the Founding of Glorious Word Ministries International, Inc. -- a Teaching Ministry based in New York City, U.S.A. He is also the Founding Crusader of the World Wide Written Word Crusade, and the Founder of Christian Education Foundation. All these Missions are geared towards making the Word of God made known to Mankind through the Printed Media, Television, Radio, and the Internet. Pastor Peter, as he is popularly called is also a Life Member of Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International, of which he is a Bible Teacher and Conference Speaker both in New York City and abroad. In 1993, the Lord revealed to Pastor Peter how lukewarm the Universal Church had become by ignoring the Presence, Empowerment and Work of the Holy Spirit, among His people, and unless a New Re-Awakening Written Word Crusade was launched, with a focus on the Power of the Holy Spirit to change lives both in the Church and outside the Church, millions of Christians would fall to the enemy - Satan! (See Mark 7: 6). The Lord promised to send him to a land of opportunity, in order to settle and write the much needed Study Books concerning the Promise of the Lord to send the Holy Spirit to come and dwell among His people, when He the Lord Jesus had ascended into Heaven, (see John 16: 7-15). In 1994, Pastor Peter traveled to New York City to attend an International Conference of Non - Governmental Organizations (N.G.Os.) at the United Nations Headquarters. After the meeting, Pastor Peter seized the opportunity to explore the possibility of obeying God's command. By 2011, Pastor Peter has written 15 Study Books, with one already published. But the Lord has made it possible to reach the world with his Study Books through a popular publisher, and very soon, all his Study Books would be on the Internet in both Paper Backs and E - Books, worldwide, as God intended in 1993.
