Sergio Carrera is Senior Research Fellow and Head of the Justice and Home Affairs Programme at CEPS and a Professor at the Migration Policy Centre (MPC) in the European University Institute in Florence. Valsamis Mitsilegas is Professor of European Criminal Law and Global Security at Queen Mary University of London. Jennifer Allsopp is Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Migration Leadership Team (MLT) based at the London International Development Centre (LIDC) and SOAS University of London.
