Terence Conran is widely recognised as one of the world s great designers. He discovered a passion for gardening as a child and since then he has designed medal-winning gardens for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show,which explored his passion for stylish al fresco dining, and has written several gardening books including The Essential Garden Book with co-author Dan Pearson.Diarmuid Gavin has spent his 20-year career successfully challenging the traditional conventions of garden design and gardening. His innovative designs have won him several medals at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. As well as co-presenting television shows such as Home Front in the Garden and Gardens Through Time, Diarmuid contributes regularly to national newspapers and has written many books on garden design. He runs his own garden design and build business based in Dublin and London with clients both in the UK and abroad.
