About the Author

Mari Ono is an expert in origami and all forms of papercrafts. Born in Japan, she has lived in the United Kingdom for many years with her artist husband, Takumasa, where they both work to promote Japanese arts and crafts. Her previous books include How to Make Paper Planes (ISBN 978-1-908862-53-2), Dinogami (ISBN 978-1-908170-95-8), Wild and Wonderful Origami (ISBN 978-1-907563-56-0), Origami for Children (ISBN 978-1-906525-80-4), and The Simple Art of Japanese Papercrafts (ISBN 978-1-907563-08-9), all available from CICO. The author is based in Churchdown, Gloucestershire.
