About the Author

Alexandre Clerisse is a graduate from the EESI school of visual arts in Angouleme, France, a city where he still lives today. He is the illustrator of several comic books including Jazz Club (2007), Trompe la mort ('Daredevil', 2009) and more recently Souvenir de l'empire de l'atome (2012), which received various awards including Best Science-Fiction Comic Book at the Nantes Utopiales festival, the Imaginaire award at the Etonnants Voyageurs festival in St. Malo and the Tour d'ivoire award.
