About the Author

Nadia Lim, author of Nadia's Kitchen and Nadia Lim's Good Food Cookbook, and winner of Masterchef NZ in 2011, trained as a dietician and nutritionist at the University of Otago. She worked for Auckland District Health Board in diabetes before a new career in food began. She is a partner in the highly successful home-delivery meal service My Food Bag. Very inspiring book, lovely healthy nutritious recipes, I am so glad I purchased it and would recommend it too anyone who wants to eat healthy,and not out of packet food. Yum.

I totally love this book - easy recipes but a notch above my usual cooking. It's the most I've ever followed a recipe book. Nadia is awesome!

This is a wonderful book. It has so many easy and usable recipes. The fitness programme is also really helpful. One of the best cookbooks I've had in a while.
