His interest in Buddhism and mindfulness began when he lived in South Korea, continued in India, and culminated in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Inspired by the Vipassana meditation retreats he attends, he set out to make The Mindful Life Journal an immersive, transformational experience. This is his first book.
