H. Dean Fisher is author of the fantastic, the scientifically fictional, and the macabre. His fiction and photography have won awards at various conferences and competitions throughout the United States. He is a professor of mass communication, and his research interests include gender representation in videogame journalism; credibility in public relations and broadcasting; and mythological portrayals in media.
