About the Author

Melissa Kelly is owner of Primo Restaurant in Rockland, Maine, with two satellites in Marriot hotels in Arizona and Florida. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Melissa received her training as a chef from culinary luminaries including the legendary Alice Waters, of Chez Panisse. Chef Kelly has cooked with Martha Stewart on television and her restaurant recipes have been featured in Bon Appetit, O Magazine, Gourmet, Chocolatier, the New York Times, Conde Nast Traveler, Town & Country, New York Magazine, and more. Eve Adamson is a freelance writer specialising in holistic health subjects.
