Popular illustrator and stamper Geninne Zlatkis has a passion for nature and color that distinguishes her work. These 20 beautiful projects--including cards, an embellished journal and tote, and decorative wall pieces--provide the keys to Geninne's creative process and image-making process. In addition to technique-specific primers with step-by-step photos of the essentials, Making an Impression includes 50 motifs showcasing Geninne's signature designs that crafters can copy and use for image transfers, stamp designs, and collages.

"Zlatkis's bold, folk art-inspired stamps are lovely to look at, and her enthusiasm for her craft is apparent. Crafters working with both paper and fabric will enjoy this collection." --"Library Journal""""A gorgeous book. From the first page to the last, Zlatkis teaches you that with just one single idea, you can make art that sings, not shouts; art that skips, not sprints . . . From tags, stationery, wrapping paper to a garden journal and more, this book teaches you how easy and empowering the art of carving rubber can be." --Crescendoh"(Geninne's) passion for nature and color seeps through every page, instantly grabbing the reader's attention, and her straightforward writing style encourages even the non-crafter to pick up a carving block and simple cutting tools. Talk about putting a personal stamp on your art! In just a few steps, you'll be putting YOUR stamp on everything from paper to fabric to home decor designs." --Crafts n' Things"
