About the Author

Bob Darroch is a cartoonist whose work has appeared on toys, jigsaws, souvenirs and postcards and in newspapers and magazines worldwide. He started writing and illustrating his own books for children in 1999. In 2001, the first of his bestselling Little Kiwi stories was published. The series now comprises of 13 books, with over 175,000 copies sold. In 2015 Little Kiwi is Scared of the Dark was awarded the Storylines Gaelyn Gordon Award for a Much-loved Book. Bob and his wife Ruth live in Temuka, South Canterbury.
