About the Author

Gloria Flores is co-founder of Pluralistic Networks and is committed to developing innovative ways for people to learn to collaborate, build trust, and build value for each other. She has designed and delivered multiple courses aimed at enabling people to work more effectively in teams. Of particular interest to her is how the world of multi-player on line role playing games can be enhanced and cultivated as environments for developing new skills. As a consultant, trainer and coach, Gloria has focused not only on bottom line results, but also on the development of skills for individuals and teams that enhance efficiency, flexibility and customer satisfaction while creating a style of care and innovation. Gloria has a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and a JD from Cornell Law School. She lives in Oakland, California with her husband and sons.
