She read French and German at Nottingham University, then retured to London to take up a post with the BBC, and did a postgraduate course in Journalism at City University. After a congenital condition led to the loss of her sight she became interested in clinical aromatherapy used in conjunction with massage techniques and the use of essential oils to treat a variety of health problems and now runs a practice in London. She lives in London with her husband and daughter.
Beautifully told with both insight and compassion. And inspiration to all. -- Woman & Home Woman & Home I can only recommend that you read and discover that there are many ways to travel - and to see. Kate Adie Naylor displays endless tenacity and courage to triumph over the limitations of her disability. She allows us to experience pungent wafts of jasmine that creep up our noses, piercing wails of music that whistle in our ears and crisp saris that rustle under our fingertips. Jasmine & Arnica is inspiring. Geographical
