Brooke Willett has been writing since she could hold a chubby crayon. She got her start singing into an upside-down plastic hairbrush, wearing a yellow dress and oversized sunglasses, to an audience of American Dolls, My Little Pony, and a Raggedy Ann. She got her first big break when she realized she did not understand the world, so she set out in search of answers. She's got railroad in her blood. Both Brooke's biological father and maternal grandfather were lifelong conductors.
