Veteran automotive journalist Bob McClurg grew up in 1950s Southern California, where he was surrounded (and heavily influenced) by early hot rod culture. In 1964, Bob shot his first drag race at Lions Associated Drag Strip, and a career of more than four decades in racing photography was launched. Bob's photos have been published in all of the major drag racing publications, as well as numerous previously published CarTech titles.

So, if a 'little-engine-that-could-kind-of-story' is one that you like, this book is for you."-- (05/19/2016)
