I have read just about every book on the market about sleep, as I had two children under 2yo who simply would not sleep at night in their cots. This book suggests gentle techniques of different kinds, and even if you get one good tip out of this book, it is certainly worth it. A little bit too Americanised, but recommended reading for those poor sleepless parents (and parents - to - be)
