Health Economics
By

Rating
Health economics is concerned with applying the tools of economic analysis to the problems of health care finance and delivery. This book assumes no previous knowledge of economics, and uses clear, non-technical language to explain and critically examine the available economic tools, and their strengths and weaknesses in examining health policy and management issues. Taking a cross-national perspective, and illustrated throughout with worked examples and exercises, this is the ideal text for students and health professionals with little or no background in economics.
