Distinguished mediaeval scholar Vincent Moleta lives at Fontecolombo, a magnificent Italianate homestead he had built 300km south of Perth. He retired there in 2000 after 27 years teaching in the Department of Italian at the University of Western Australia. From there he maintains his AEolian Press and has founded an annual festival of chamber music (www.chambermusic.com.au).
