Having brushed with the Security Services in his late teens and early twenties Jan Kusmirek went on to become one of the world's leading exponents of aromatic medicine and skin care. He is an accepted authority on the subject and a sought after lecturer. He is a prolific writer on the subject and he has had many papers and articles published. His two non-fiction works have become standards in the profession and related industries. Work has caused him to become a world traveller, spending much time in the Far East and Eastern Europe meeting a diversity of people. Their lives and experiences have inspired this first novel. Jan divides his work life between his home in the vastness of the Carpathian Mountains in Poland and the Somerset levels, England.
