I found this book very easy to read, I learnt that there were nine different types of vegetarianism and I fall into one of those I never considered myself a vegetarian before although Im not a big meat eater. I was able to clearly make the link with food and how it reacts with my bodies chemical make up. There are many websites in the resource list and was amazed to find a New Zealand support group listed in this book as well. Would recommend this book to anyone looking at giving up meat it is a real eye opener.

Was easy to read and follow. I found out I was Lacto-ov0-pollo-pesco and how easy it would be to go to lacto-ovo. It all makes sense from a spiritual point of view and as I have been wanting to go vegetarian for some time, it has helped greatly.
