About the Author

Sally coaches people globally to get slim French style and is the author of the book 'Losing It in France - Les Secrets of the French Diet'. She has a degree in Health Science and has 20 years' experience in the health and wellness industry. Sally was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, went to school briefly in the USA and later moved to Paris, France. While living with a French family in Paris, she changed her eating habits, learnt to cook healthily and lost weight pleasurably without depriving herself. Sally's mission is to empower people to be as healthy as they can possibly be, break the yo-yo dieting cycle and lose weight permanently. She strongly believes knowledge is power and the key to change. With improved understanding of what we eat, how we eat and why we overeat, we can positively change our behaviour. Sally believes food is not the enemy, and when we eat to honour our health and our tastebuds, we naturally enjoy balance, moderation and a healthy weight. Sally's approach to permanent weight loss is the result of her own struggles with weight and yo-yo dieting for 15 years. Having discovered the secrets to permanent weight loss, she lost 12kgs (25lbs) and has kept it off for over 12 years, even following the births of her two children.
