James Hodge, a longtime writer and editor with the Times-Picayune in New Orleans, Louisiana, has written for years about Roy Bourgeois, the SOA and Latin American issues. Linda Cooper, an ESL instructor at Tulane University in the early 1990s, has extensively researched the SOA and written stories for the National Catholic Reporter.
