THE TIMES Praise for Lose Wheat, Lose Weight: 'I just had to write to tell you how your book has transformed my life and that of my two colleagues. I had all the symptoms of wheat intolerance, and had been feeling awful for years. Your book has been like a magic wand, that has changed me. We all feel wonderful, have more energy and all our symptoms have disappeared. The added bonus is that after years of struggling to lose weight I'm also doing that too. FANTASTIC!!! So thanks again on behalf of three very happy people.' Carole Kennett (aged 53 and feeling 43) Praise for Jane Sen's Healing Foods and More Healing Foods: 'What I like about the recipes apart from their simple, practical arrangement is the way in which Jane buzzes to and fro between culinary cultures.' Michael Raffael 'Exciting and unusual flavours- delicious enough to fob off to teenagers and children without their suspecting they are eating healthily. She writes with a sense of fun I don't remember finding in more leaden wholefood books.' THE SUNDAY TELEGRAPH 'Within a week I could feel the difference. I felt better and had a lot more energy.'
