About the Author

Sally Edwards, one of America's leading fitness authorities and triathlon experts, is a member of the Triathlon Hall ofFame, a former Ironman Master's world record holder, and the national spokesperson for the Danskin Women's Triathlon, finishing more than 75 Danskin triathlons.
