Author: J.I. Brown J.I. Brown is a native of Berkeley and Oakland, California. J.I. Brown grew up writing poetry, which led to songwriting and storytelling. Over the years, J.I. Brown has produced a variety of songs, released albums, and is now breaking into the literary world with this debut adroit, yet compellingly, fresh, hard-hitting book about personal struggles, alcoholism, drug abuse and the impact it has made.
