ANAM THUBTEN is the founder and spiritual advisor of the Dharmata Foundation, a spiritual community based in California. Born and raised in Tibet, he undertook Buddhist training in the Nyingma tradition at an early age. He teaches widely in the United States and internationally and is the author of several books, including No Self, No Problem and The Magic of Awareness.
