About the Author

Connor's writing is often inspired by his nomadic travels across the known world and his love of diving into new cultures. He is a devout reader and is always delving into one fantastic story or another. He is also a determined digital artist, animator, adventurer and lover of science-fiction. He began to write Children of the Crater at the age of 16 purely because it was a story he felt needed to be told. His family zig-zagged across the British Isles during much of his childhood. He grew up in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and southern England where he spent much of his time questing through the woods. From a young age, he had an interest in martial arts, practicing Kung Fu, Ju-Jitsu and a little Tang Soo Do for good measure. His first love is adventure, discovery and experiencing the unknown, particularly overseas. His travels have already taken him across five continents, but he has much further to go. He's now 21 and lives by the sea in Cornwall and is hatching plans for his next adventure. In his spare time, he enjoys creating digital paintings, sculptures and animations to the tunes of delicious heavy metal.
