Jo Seagar is the hugely successful author and TV cook. She adores entertaining and cooking for friends and always has a houseful of people staying. She enjoys country life, polo, pet lambs, old recipe books, trashy novels, good jokes and gardening. She has recently moved to Canterbury where she is setting up a cooking school, caf and shop in Oxford.
