Michael S. Ewer, M.D., M.P.H., J.D., is Professor of Medicine at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. He received his medical degree from the University of Basel in Switzerland and was a cardiology fellow at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. His clinical and research interests include cardiotoxicity of anthracyclines, trastuzumab cardiotoxicity, and ethical and legal concerns with regard to cancer patients. Edward T.H. Yeh, M.D., is Professor of Medicine and Chair, Department of Cardiology at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. He received his medical degree from the University of California at Davis, and he was a cardiology fellow at the University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center. His clinical and research interests include the role of inflammation in the development of coronary artery disease; cardiac complications of anti-cancer therapy; stem cell transplant for congestive heart failure; and ubiquitin, ubiquitin-like proteins, and cancer.
