About the Author

Mervyn Rees - The Author of 'The Book on Biodiesel' and 'The Secrets of Biodiesel' www.whybiodiesel.com - An active young 82 year old with a lifetime of experience to share. He created several businesses over the years, from his base outside Farnborough, Hampshire, England. Amongst these he built his own motor cars, the Dragonfly Roadsters, also designing and building bespoke mobile units for exhibitions, sales, workshops, scientific and for various authorities and was elected a Fellow of 'The Institute of the Motor Industry' in 1988. After a major spinal injury in the mid seventies, he changed course and retrained as a health professional in rehabilitation and fitness, which years later eventually led him to charitable work over a period of 6 years in the war torn regions of Bosnia- Herzegovina. Having tried retiring twice and given up, he has many interests and loves to share his passions and his great interests in wildlife and the countryside, his love of boating, angling, painting in watercolours, and writing, as well as making whatever in his workshop. He will gladly give talks on his experiences, environmentally friendly fuels, health and its issues, the motor industry. In fact, he just loves to talk about whatever is of interest to you.
