About the Author

Paul Bradt has a BS in Computer Science from University of Houston Clear Lake. He currently works as a contractor developing various computer program types. He has experimented with the Arduino system and believes it to be an excellent tool for developing an understanding of how electronic components and hardware interact in integrated systems, and it is useful as a teaching aid in learning the basics of computer programming. He likes to perform sophisticated troubleshooting of computer problems and has found that the online resources associated with Arduino can be a great help for novice users to get their experiments operating quickly and effectively. David Bradt has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University with many years of experience in measuring and attempting to control how force and acceleration affects objects. An example includes the development of high speed rotational equipment. He also provided assistance on the development and completion of over 30 science fair projects from grade school to high school levels. Two of those projects went all the way to the state level competitions. He now focuses on risk and reliability of complex systems. This is the second book the authors have collaborated on. The first book is titled Arduino Heat Transfer Science Fair Projects.
