Paula Kay Montgomery is copublisher and editor of School Library Media Activities Monthly. She has a PhD in reading education from the University of Maryland, College Park. an MLS from Florida State University, Tallahassee, and has served as chief, School Library Media Services with the Maryland State Department of Education and as a teacher specialist for the Montgomery County Public Schools. Among other publication are Approaches to Literature through Literary Form and Approaches to Literature through Subject, both published by Oryx Press.
