About the Author

Walter Riso nació en Italia en 1951. Su familia emigró a Argentina cuando era muy joven. Allí creció en un barrio multiétnico en el centro de una comunidad de inmigrantes italianos. Cursó estudios universitarios de psicología en Colombia; se especializó en terapia cognitiva y obtuvo una maestría en bioética. Desde hace treinta años trabaja como psicólogo clínico, práctica que alterna con el ejercicio de la cátedra universitaria y la realización de publicaciones científicas y de divulgación en diversos medios. Actualmente reside en Barcelona.
