About the Author

RCWL resided in Latin America during the eventful 70's and 80's. Upon returning to the U. S., he worked amongst the Spanish speaking communities in seven states for over two decades. He has traveled through Europe, the Orient and presently resides in the southeastern U. S. His having lived through tumultuous political upheaval-on occasion with abundance and at times in jungle hamlets- has forged the characters of his writings. His literary work has been prompted by a desire for novels that feature neither gratuitous violence, nor titillating sexual escapades to hold the reader's attention. Prior to allowing all of the sand to pass through the hourglass of life, he has turned to writing about individuals who face the consequences of their actions, and in the process learn what really holds value.
