This is the most down to earth and practical book I've come across on time management. There is a large amount of work to do at the beginning of implementing Allen's suggestions, so expect this. However once I did that my life started to flow - jobs which weren't a high priority before, but which irritated because they just never got done are now somehow just disappearing from my list - many of them taking only 20 minutes to an hour. And my high priority tasks are being done in half the time. Perhaps I used to keep getting side tracked by the hundreds of little projects which were at the back of my mind before or perhaps I just procrastinated because the jobs seemed so big. This book is very highly recommended to anyone who is prepared to make changes in order to get the results of greater productivity in those important areas of your life.
