Helped my nephew ease of to sleep as a newborn when he was having sleeping issues. The button to start the music is quite tough, so no child would be able to press it (which may cause trouble in later months if it is still in use). the "glow" isn't too bright, which prevents shinning into other rooms nearby
Very cute! The music and light is very soothing, and stays on for a good length of time. However, this did not help our baby sleep, as he would wake up when the music stopped. Now that he's over one, this toy gets much more use as he's strong enough to turn it on and off by himself.
