My daughter got given this as a gift for her first birthday and she has had hours of use with it. It has grown with her, as initially it was all about hand eye coordination where she just had to hit a peg. As she has got older we have used it to develop her knowledge of colours and counting, as well as having to use more force to actually hit the peg right through the hole. The wood is still in good shape and the colours are still bold.
