My grand daughter loves this scetcher so much she would let any take it and she is only 2 and now draws on her own

Ever since the magna-doodle, these magnetic sketch boards have become a classic kids' educational/art toy where not a home or kid would have likely ever not had one sometime in their lives. This particular model has all the basic features, but with a more refined magnetic dots/sketch so more intricate sketches can be done (depending on the child's ability). However, it's a tad on the expensive side.

Tomy,famous for their Tohmas the Tnak Engine tracks and trains until recently, make good quality,sturdy plastic toys. The magnetic sketcher is an excellent doing toy as opposed to watching something battery operated do stuff at a child. It is a great item for a child to carry with them on long bus, train or car trips, or to play with while waiting for the doctor. The magnetic pen cannot get lsot as it is attached with a string and the shaped magnets allow more variety of play by creating images which can be repeated. the eraser is also built in.

A perfect early drawing toy for a toddler because you don't have to worry about your furniture or wall the Tomy Megasketcher has a long life span extending from those first scribbles to being an place of drawing for pre-schoolers and later a place to play hangman with siblings on long car trips amongst those who are at primary school and beyond. A brilliant, practical gift for a child from 18 months to 12 years of age.
