These are very lovely, large colourful beads for stringing. The ones with numbers are great for learning to count. Because they are quite large, my daughter (2 1/2) has a hard time pushing the lace through far enough to come out the other side. The inside of the beads are also a bit rough (not sanded smoothly) so the lace sticks a bit.
excellent toy for coordination, counting, shapes, colour and concentration. Also as expected with Melissa and Doug toys, the finish of this toy is of high quality. I and my 2 year old daughter love playing with it.
