Awesome!!! I just received it today & did it. It was so much fun & burnt lots of calories (about 400 in under an hour). I was on such a high after doing it, I have just ordered the next one in the series.
It takes a bit of coordination but is well worth the effort. Luv it! You have to try it.
I originally bought the Dance Cardio despite being very fit before I started it, it gave me leg and foot problems. Despite battling with it for months, my body did just not like it, this however is awesome not as hard core as DC but he beginner is fun and not so hard on the body, bit miffed at the dvd setup but despite that LOVING IT!
