Quite possibly the best movie on this often recreated period of history and events.
Kilmer's performance as Doc is probably the best put on film to date. Overall the cast are superb - special mention Kurt Russell as Wyatt and Michael Biehn as Ringo.
The movie depicts the OK Corral gunfight in its most truest rendering to date. That's not to say that inaccuracies still exist within this film but overall it illustrates the issues of both sides within this conflict.
The extras include an excellent "Making of documentary" in three parts (i.e. "An Ensemble Cast", "Making An Authentic Western" and "The Gunfight At the O.K. Corral"), audio commentary by the director, actual newspaper accounts reproduced, a time line of events, trailers and TV spots.
Overall an excellent two disc set of one of the best all time westerns.

My husband and daughter thought this was a wonderful film. They have both watched it several times and find something new to enjoy each time. I've only seen it once (apart from seeing a few scenes twice) but I intend to watch it again soon.
