Episode 9: Avenger 2.0 Dr. Felger creates a computer virus meant to disable Goa'uld-controlled worlds. When the program malfunctions and spreads throughout the Stargate network, O'Neill, Teal'c and Daniel are trapped off-world, with danger looming around the corner. It's up to Carter and the bumbling Dr. Felger to incapacitate the virus before the rest of SG-1 meets their doom!
Episode 10: Birthright SG-1 encounters a race of women warriors whose survival depens on symbiotes harvested from Jaffa. Convinced that tretonin is a safer alternative. Teal'c and SG-1 must convince the warriors' high priestess to put aside her fear of reliance on the drug before the Goa'uld track down the warriors and destroy them.
Episode 11: Evolution - Part 1 SG-1 encounters a very advanced bio-engineered warrior endowed with super-strength, created by Anubis. While O'Neill, Carter and Teal'c set out to locate the origin of this new foe. Daniel travels to South America in search of a device left on Earth by the Ancients that may be a key to defeating the warrior.
Episode 12: Evolution - Part 2 Having found the location of the secret super-warrior base, Carter is assigned a recon mission to determine Anubis' plans for his new soldier. Meanwhile, O'Neill mounts a mission to South America to rescue Daniel who, upon findign a mysterious artefact, has been kidnapped by Honduran rebels demanding a ransom for his life!

Another great Stargate SG1 season! Possibly one of the best. I'm surprised that they can keep churning out such great episodes after 7 Seasons! I'm glad to see that they have Daniel back, and they haven't got rid of anyone important yet like they do in the later seasons.
If you are a SG1 fan buy this season even if you haven't watched it on TV - I hadn't and am pleasantly surprised.
Stargate is an absolute classic Science Fiction series, I never liked shows about Space, and Aliens, and Wormholes until I watched Stargate, the series just keep coming it has lasted a long time, they have released other Stargate series as well like Stargate Atlantis, it is a very good series recommended to everyone.
Season 7 is definately a must have for any Staragte enthusiast. Daniel Jackson comes back into the fold after his ascension at the end of Season 5, replacing Jonas Quinn and bringing the original team back together. There are many great episodes, my favourites including Heroes, Grace and Homecoming. It is also the second to last season before the team is split up and Jack O'Neill leaves the SGC. Definately a must have!
I was never a sci fi fan but stargate SG 1 was one of te few sci fis i was actually keen on watching, ive watched this since i was a kid and have always thought it was great, the stargate movie sucked, the new one stargate atlantis sucks, only SG1 os worth while checking out and its highly recomended by me
Now I am not a Sci Fi fan at all, but didn't have much choice to watch this on a Friday night with my husband home. It is actually not a bad series to get into, and does have quite a good storyline. I think the more series that were produced, the better it got. If you get the chance, watch this, and you might be pleasantly converted to actually wanting to watch a bit of Sci Fi occasionally.
Stargate is still working well in this season. Later seasons start to just feel old and tired, like the actors know to well what the jokes should be and Jack O Neill’s trademark “dumbness” and sarcasm really gets old. In this season however things still feel very “alive” -plenty of juicy scripts to get into and the effects are looking smooth and crisp.
Without a doubt, my FAVOURITE sg-1 season. (No, its not only because the little hottie Daniel returns) But also because in my opinion season 6 was a bit of a let down, so anything had to be better! Unfortunately season 7 sets a decline in air time for RDA (Richard Dean Anderson aka Jack O'Neill) but nevertheless an Awesome season! Stargate is the best SciFi show, Nay the BEST SHOW EVER!
Season 7 sees the return to the original SG1 team with Michael Shanks Daniel Jackson returning to the fold to replace Corin Nemec.
This is definately 1 epic season, which eventaully leads to the creation of the Spinoff series Stargate Atlantis following on from the season finale. Normally the best episodes in Stargate are 'to be continued' ones and thats no difference here with a number of great double episodes.
Heroes is my fav but the Evolution double is also well done, with the starting Homecoming double setting things up and the Lost City double leading to the adventures in Atlantis. Great Stuff
